The breakfast spread was amazing, with fresh pastries and a variety of organic juices every morning. The staff were great, especially olmo, who provided fantastic local recommendations.

This truly exceptional and beautifully decorated hotel occupies a very charming building in the Roman style. The room is beautifully decorated and well-equipped with separate bedroom for the kids, also they can offer wake-up service.

The perfect place to take a break from the big city. Wonderful friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful nature around. Recommended to all!

The experience was beyond my wildest expectations! The breakfast spread is a good wonderland, offering daily surprises of Italian delicacies. The amazing hospitality warmed our hearts. Relaxing by the fine pool is perfection. If you're yearning for a peaceful retreat, look no further!

Wonderful gardens. Magnificent swimming pool. Excellent breakfast buffet. Superb dinner menus and top quality cooking. Staff all tremendously helpfull and positive, but not intrusive. Our room was spacious and the shower room was a good size too. Plenty of interesting places to visit and some picture perfect beaches within reach as well. It was a brilliant place to spend a week's holiday.

The immediate environment was not particularly attractive, but once within the confines of the hotel grounds that did not really matter

It is not so easy to find the hotel (like many in Sicily !) The restaurant is very pleasant but the menu appears to be restricted by their assuming that your taste would depend on your nationality - strange This is however the only weakness of an all-round superb hotel in the tranquility of the local countryside

Staying at Hotel Borgo Pantano was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. No request was too small or too large for them to accommodate us and they went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. The property is spectacular and so quiet and relaxing. Nothing to complain about. But just a suggestion that the directions to the Hotel be more specific. We got lost getting to the hotel the first time.
